Default license
Unless otherwise stated, one purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal use by one purchasing business entity.
Allowed use
The buyer may edit working copies for its own internal operations and share them with employees and authorized contractors who are bound to protect the materials.
Not allowed
The buyer may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, upload to template marketplaces, use the materials to create a competing product library, or remove ownership notices.
Team and enterprise rights
Products labeled Team, Department, Multi-Entity, Agency, or Enterprise may include expanded rights only as expressly stated.
Third-party components
Software, fonts, icons, APIs, examples, or open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and fees.
Termination
The license may terminate after material breach. Obligations concerning confidentiality, ownership, and restricted use survive termination.
